I say it “should be,” because the fact is that products with Androstenone have the potential to go very wrong. One of these products is Liquid Trust. Though it isn’t a true pheromone product, Liquid Trust contains oxytocin, an analogue to a complex chemical formed in the human brain. Oxytocin affects how humans bond, both with their romantic partners and with their children, and increases people’s feelings of trust. Though it isn’t a hormone, inhaling some of this potent brain chemical is purported to help trigger these feelings in people who are exposed to it. Liquid Trust itself does not have much of a scent, aside from a somewhat alcohol-like odor when it is first applied. Within seconds, the vehicle for the oxytocin evaporates, leaving just the active ingredients behind.

Since it is not a pheromone product, I was extremely curious about how well Liquid Trust would work. Clinically, it has been administered by injection to treat some medical problems, but would the human brain be able to pick it up when it is used as a scent? For that matter, how much of it would need to be used to produce an effect? Though I’m an experienced pheromone user, Liquid Trust gave rise to a lot of questions for me. I know that the amount of pheromones in a given product isn’t nearly as important as how those pheromones are combined. How well would oxytocin work in this context?

Though I have not had many opportunities to test Liquid Trust, I did use it on one particularly significant occasion. I was a sales liaison for a large laboratory, charged with bringing in new clients. Well, unfortunately, this laboratory had had a negative reputation while it was under its old management, and I often found that my potential clients were less than willing to do business with the new owners, as a result. Some of them would even flat out refuse to see me when they found out where I was calling from! I wouldn’t wear it to meet someone’s mother, that’s for certain, but it does seem to work extremely well in clubs, at parties, or during other social engagements.

It might not be very well advertised in the U.S., but I would certainly recommend this product to anyone looking for an effective combination of pheromones to help them socialize with women.
